Do you have a pool?  If so who can use the pool and other amenities?

Yes.  We do have an indoor heated swimming pool that stays around a comfortable temperature of 83 degrees.  The pool is inside the indoor atrium and surrounded by our other fun things to do such as the miniature golf, billiard tables, table tennis, air hockey and other arcade games.

Only registered guests can use the swimming pool and other amenities of the hotel.  Each room has a maximum occupancy of 5 people total (this includes any adults and children) that can be staying in the room or using any of the hotel amenities.

Any exception to this policy would be due to an event booked through the Sales Office.  See party policy.

For the convenience of all of our guests the atrium is open from the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. weekdays and until 11:00 p.m. weekends.

What guest services do you offer?

Each of our rooms offer free wireless interenet, flat-screen televisions with cable services with HBO and all high-definition channels, free local calls, and coffee makers with DeCoty coffee. We have mini-fridges, iron/ironing boards, and hairdryers available upon request.

Along with daily housekeeping, Pearl on the Concho offers dry cleaning pickup/laundry (M-F) as well as same-day dry cleaning (M-F).

What are your rates?

Our rates vary. For specifics, please call the Front Desk and our staff with assist you with pricing.

What type of rooms are available?

Pearl on the Concho offers rooms with a King bed, one Queen bed, 2 Queen beds, and 2 Full-size beds.

How many people can I have in a room?

  You are only allowed 3 people (including adults and children) in a room with one bed and 5 people (including adults and children) in a room with two beds.  This also includes anywhere in the atrium.

    It is an occupancy rule dictated by law that there may not be more than the maximum number of people listed above in the public areas of the hotel from each room.  Any exceptions to this must be approved through management.

Is breakfast included with my reservation?

Yes, a continental breakfast is included for up to 4 registered guests per room.

Can I have birthday parties, banquets, and/or receptions at Pearl on the Concho?

Yes! We would love for you to have your party here with us. For pricing and specifics, please contact  our Sales Office at (325)-653-4500. For the convenience of all of our guests we do not allow any type of party to be held in the atrium that has not been authorized through the Sales Office.

What are the sizes of your meeting rooms?

We have the River Side Convention Center that is just over 4,000 sq. ft. plus the large entry hallway.

We have the Sandbar Room that is just at 1,000 sq. ft., and the Concho Corral which is around 500 sq. ft.

Do you allow smoking in your rooms?

No. We are a non-smoking facility and do not allow smoking in any of our rooms. If anyone smokes in one of our rooms there will be a $250.00 clean-up fee assessed.

Do you allow pets?

Service animals are allowed in all rooms. We do allow up to two pets in select outside rooms with a $50.00 deposit per pet. Any guest found with pets not announced at check-in will be assessed a fee per pet starting at $100.00 per pet. For more info on our Pet Policy, click here.

Can I book a room online?

Do you offer late checkouts?

Late checkouts are offered. If you need a late checkout, please contact the Front Desk for details.

Do you have a shuttle that transports people to and from the airport?

Unfortunately, we do not at this time.  There are a number of local cab companies that are available most times of the day.  We do suggest an advance reservation with these cab companies.

Do your rooms have safes?

Our rooms do not have safes. If you need to store something safely, you have the option to put your belongings in the safe located at the Front Desk. These items will be secured safely and only available to you when a manager is on property. 

Is your pool heated?

Yes, our pool is heated.  The indoor pool stays between a nice temperature of 80 - 83 degrees.  

What is the minimum age to rent a room?

The minimum age to rent a room is 21 years old. 

Do your rooms have pullout couches?

No, our rooms do not have pullout couches. 

Do you have cribs available?

Yes, our hotel has cribs. We cannot guarantee that you will receive one as they are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please let the Front Desk know upon booking your room that you would like to request a crib. 

Do you have roll-away beds available?

Yes, our hotel has rollaway beds. We cannot guarantee that you will receive one as they are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please let the Front Desk know upon booking your room that you would like to request a rollaway bed.

Due to restrictions enforced by the Fire Marshal, rooms with 2 Queen beds are not allowed to have a rollaway bed. 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 12 p.m. (noon)

How do I cancel my reservations?

To cancel your reservations, please contact the Front Desk at (325)-653-4500 and our staff will assist with your cancellation. 

I forgot something in my room when I checked out, how do I get it back?

In the event that you forget an item, please contact the Front Desk and let them know. Please be ready to give the room number that you stayed in, what your item was (including a description), and the dates that you stayed. We will take down your contact information and let you know if and when we find it.
